He’s on his way back to California and just returning from Tucson.     \n2/26/2018 UPDATE:  Well\, we now have some New Information about the Trunk Show. Just before going to Tucson\, Theodore went to India. While there\, he stocked up on round beads of all types and sizes\, from 3mm to 8mm. In addition\, he is bringing some high-end beads in barrel shapes.  He tells me that he’s bringing Green Garnet (one of my favorites)\, Diamond beads\, Sapphire\, Tourmaline\, Aquamarine\, and a variety of Cabochons.  (I love cabs!)  In Tucson he picked up some items along the line of Emeralds and Spinels.  And of course\, he also mentioned he’s bringing the ever so mysterious “and more.”   \nThe Great News here is that you have likely meet Theodore before at one of his previous visits so you can just imagine and anticipate the bargains he’s bringing.  We also expect his Sales Tables to overflow out onto the main sales floor\, giving you lots of treasures to discover.  Finally\, since Theodore will be here\, you’ll have the opportunity to have your questions answered right here\, in real-time.  \n2/28/2018 UPDATE:  Theodore sent us more pictures from the field to give you a better idea of what he’s bringing.  Take a look:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n  \nIf you have read to the bottom of this description\, I want to reward you with the names of the last two special stones that Theodore is bringing: \nRubies and Tzavorite (A variant of  green grossular garnet.) DESCRIPTION:June Frances Adornments will be holding a Trunk Show at BDC this Friday\, Saturday\, and Sunday. \nJune has an extensive background in many artistic mediums\, but beading has given her the opportunity to create something unique to her: Cording. \nIn her own words: \nArtist’s Statement \n“I have sensed the colors\, texture\, and vibrancy found in nature and the physical world since I was a young girl\, growing up in a very artistic family. \nMy avenues of artistic expression included bead work\, (both as sculpture and jewelry)\, painting\, dioramas\, collage\, found art sculpture\, art rocks\, and recycled clothing embellishment. \nIn the early 1980’s I was inspired by a French Canadian man named Papillion.  His beaded art featured extraordinary color combinations\, using the peyote stitch.  I have discovered new techniques as well\, as the years passed\, studying with Nan C Meinhart to learn both right-angle bead weaving and  N’dbele\, an African bead art. \nFor the past dozen or so years\, I have been making my own cording which I use to create necklaces that become unique\, one-of- a-kind pieces.  These necklaces have received wide spread appreciation and are much loved by their owners. \nI am now in my 75th year\, and my eyes are not what they once were\, so I am passing on most of my carefully selected beads.  I hope you find many treasures to enjoy in the varied stock from my delightful years of beading art.” \n  \nJune Frances \nhttp://beadsatdusticreek.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/June-Frances-Slide-Show-Final-Cut2.mp4
