We know how it is to be in the middle of a beading project, having somehow achieved a focused, Alpha state of mind, only to discover that you’ve run out of a crucial item. Maybe it’s your stringing material, Softflex, or a tube of your favorite TOHO seed beads, or you’ve used your last toggle. No matter what it is, the Roll that you were on has suddenly ground to a halt. And you have a deadline.
If this isn’t bad enough, it invariably happens close to Closing Time at BDC.
This is obviously the time to declare a “BEAD EMERGENCY.”
Go ahead. Give us a call. And tell us that you are declaring a “BEAD EMERGENCY.”
Most days we are able to stay open so you can get in and get the supplies you need to finish your project.
Yes, this is just one of the ways that we spell Great “Customer Service.”
(Yes, I know “Bead Emergency” and “Customer Service” don’t even have the same letters. It’s a metaphor thing. 🙂 )
